Design
& Prototyping
We are equally happy
to work from a "sketch on an envelope" through to detailed
CAD drawings. If required, we can produce visually but we find
it quicker, easier and more cost effective to provide an early
prototype, so you can see your ideas (or ours) in the flesh.
|
We would expect to
go from a brief to a prototype in under a week. This level of
service defines the difference between winning and losing business.

Vacuum
Forming
Traditionally, vacuum
forming is the largest production facility in the company, with
12 machines dedicated to POS. Consequently, Consort Displays is
one of the largest POS vacuum formers in the Midlands.
|
The range of machines
means we can form up to 1 x 1.5 metres, in sheet up to 6mm thick.
All tools are produced in-house, keeping costs and timescales
to a minimum.
